I can't recommend Strong as a Mother classes enough! My husband and I found them to be extremely helpful and eased our mind about labor and delivery and becoming new parents. Lauren is so knowledgeable and an amazing teacher/resource. I loved the small group classes as it was more hands-on and easy to ask questions. Best thing we did to prepare for baby!
