Our Zoom Live Childbirth Preparation Class offers you and your partner the opportunity to tune in for a virtual live class option in a small group setting limited a total of 6 mothers and their birth partners. This class will be offered in a single weekend day format from 930 am - 230 pm

This class covers information on the following topics:
- Pregnancy
- Labor
- Comfort Techniques/Breathing Techniques
- Medical Procedures
- Cesarean Birth
- Newborns
- Postpartum
All participants will receive a pdf of Understanding Birth book which accompanies the class as well as important maternal and newborn handouts for review. Please check your spam/trash email folders. Lauren will be sharing these documents via google drive from lauren@strongasamother.net. This event is co-hosted with Michelle Neri of Cord Blood Registry. Class participants will hear a brief presentation at the start of class on information on newborn cord blood/cord tissue collection and Michelle will send class particpants a $25 gift card (generally to Amazon).
